• Payments must be made as per the terms agreed during the order confirmation.
• In case of cancellation, customers are required to inform us at least 24 hours before dispatch. Cancellation after dispatch may attract transportation or handling charges.

• All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes, as stated at the time of order.
• We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice due to changes in raw material or transport costs.
• Final price may vary based on delivery location, order quantity, and special requirements.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on location, order quantity, and product availability.
• We make every effort to deliver orders on time, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, transport, etc.) will not make us liable for compensation.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery location is accessible and safe for unloading materials.
• Check the quantity and quality of bricks at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately.
• You agree not to misuse our website or engage in any unlawful activity while interacting with our services.

6. Liability

• We take all reasonable care to provide quality materials; however, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
• In case of proven product defect or supply error, our liability shall be limited to replacement or refund of the affected quantity only.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
• No refund will be issued once the goods are dispatched or delivered unless found defective on arrival.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
